Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and / or interactive voice response systems

Assess customers needs and provide the correct solution

Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile / account changes

Customer Service Representative Shift Info

Rotating / Split Shift, 05 : 45 am to 08 : 00 am / 05 : 45 pm to 08 : 00 pm

Monday - Sunday

About 20 hours a week

Customer Service Representative Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Able to work in the US.
