We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and play the key role in helping us launch a new division: A health, wellness & performance clinic.
Our vision is to launch our own clinic that provides patients with cutting edge treatment plans as well as high performance based products to help them improve their overall health, increase their peak performance while transforming their lives!
Ascend Medical is currently the leading orthopedic equipment supplier for the treasure valley and beyond. We have had the desire to offer more services that will impact patients’ daily living and are excited to be looking for the right NP to guide us into the future!
Services we will offer:
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
-Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Idaho
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably overseeing the above modalities
-Strong knowledge of hormone therapy and IV administration
-Knowledge of the changing landscape surrounding peptide therapy
-Techniques and ability to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to ensure we stay on the cutting edge as a clinic
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess individual needs, discuss treatment options, and create customized plans for each patient While utilizing proven medical diagnostic tools to ensure our recommendations are in line with the medical standard for each patients condition.
2. Provide education and guidance to patients on preventive health measures, and performance optimization.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and fitness trainers, to coordinate integrated care plans for our patients.
4. Perform procedures and administer treatments that are appropriate for optimizing health and performance outcomes for patients.
5. Monitor and oversee each patient’s plan over time, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement to facilitate sustainable results and goal attainment.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communications with patients in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in wellness medicine, attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
8. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and vendors.
9. Provide insight clinically to help spur our marketing efforts.
