Ascend Leadership Academy: Lee County is Hiring a Curriculum Facilitator Near Sanford, NC
The Curriculum Facilitator is an instructional leader who provides support to ALA teachers by leading professional development and in-class coaching. This individual is an experienced teacher who is well versed in teaching best practice and is able to model these practices for teachers. The Curriculum Facilitator works with educators to plan and execute interventions for students who are performing below grade level. This individual meets with key stakeholders to ensure that the instructional goals and programs of Ascend Leadership Academy are being met with fidelity.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to …
- Support the Principal (6-12) in the day to day operations of the school.
- Coordinate student success plans and interventions for students with academic or behavior concerns
- Lead ALA’s MTSS program and develop systems of interventions for the school.
- Attend weekly curriculum meetings with teachers to evaluate student needs.
- Provide real-time coaching to teachers with the goal of professional development
