Description
This residential treatment and recovery program for women with substance use disorders offers hope, love, and assistance for women in recovery by removing substance use as a barrier to employment and living in the community. Services support women in achieving abstinence, maintaining recovery, avoiding illegal activity and meeting parenting responsibilities. The program also provides supports to help women obtain employment and transition into safe and stable housing. Children 13 or younger are allowed to stay with their mothers while they are in the residential treatment program
The Registered Nurse/ Women's Treatment and Recovery Services will be responsible for the delivery of quality individual care through the nursing process of screenings, administering medication, admissions, discharges, groups, unit management, risk assessments and crisis management to individuals participating in residential programs. The Residential Department is comprised of six 24/7 residential treatment programs, serving adults and adolescents with substance use and mental health challenges.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being part of our team and working in a CSB means you’re helping individuals and families otherwise unable to access treatment from private providers to address healthcare challenges associated with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. You’ll be working with purpose to make a difference in the lives of people who need you most. Each of our jobs in healthcare will work in a Highland Rivers Health facility.
