We are a small family business which operates a commercial cleaning franchise. We are branching into residential cleaning in the Central & Soutwest AR areas. Come join our team and help us grow and be rewarded for your contribution.
Ascend is looking for people who take pride in cleaning to join our rapidly growing team in Arkansas. The person needs to be detail oriented and have a keen eye. Previous experience as a maid, housekeeper or cleaner a plus but not required.
- Working with Ascend, you can set your own schedule and how much you want to work. It is the perfect opportunity for business-minded people wanting to make extra money. Set your own schedule and make it work for you. Let us know how many hours per week you want to work and we’ll give you jobs that fit your schedule. Make $15-$25/hr. Depending factors like how many jobs per week you take and the size of those jobs. This makes it a super competitive option if you are willing to put in the work.
This is 1099 contract position and applicants must possess the following:
- Have reliable transportation & your own cleaning supplies
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift up to 40 pounds
- Proficiently speak & read English
- Be age 18 or older
- Have your own smart phone and personal email address to use company apps to check into job sites and receive/send messages
- Have a clean criminal background (no theft, assault or violent crimes)
- We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is prohibited
- Applicant will need to have the following to complete jobs as they come available: vacuum, broom & dustpan, mop & bucket, tub/shower cleaner, window cleaner, kitchen/bathroom disinfectant, floor cleaner and cleaning rags.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
