Salary: $90,000 annually

Job Opportunity: Drug and Alcohol Addictions Program Manager

Wage: $90,000 annually

Schedule: Monday- Friday

We are looking for a Drug and Alcohol Addictions Program Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You’ll oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate services, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an administrative process that allows for the smooth operation of the facility and create an environment that allows for consistent delivery of services to clients.
  • Establish and maintain the client treatment activities to meet state requirements.
  • Oversight of clinical record keeping. Ensure that an efficient program of record keeping, and documentation is always maintained.
  • Supervision of clinical and support staff to monitor clinical programming and needs of support staff and ensure clinical guidance and consultation to night and weekend support staff as needed.
  • Compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Deep knowledge of ASAM placement criteria and DSM diagnostic criteria as it relates to chemical dependency.
  • Reliable work attendance and ability to respond to after-hours emergency situations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in treating chemically dependent persons and their families and maintenance of comprehensive client records.
  • Demonstrated skill in clinical supervision, coaching, and appropriate disciplinary documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field and 4 years of recent clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes clinical supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
  • Commitment to complete CADC if not in possession at the time of hire.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and comfortable in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment.
  • Maintain CPR and First aid certifications.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
