**General Manager opportunity at Meadow Lakes**

* You will not only be providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality patient centered care is provided at all times, but also mentoring and developing your leadership team to achieve both operational and financial goals.
* You will make measurable improvements in the overall coordination of all aspects of the Independent and Assisted Living programs as well as the Memory Care programs.
* We will ask you take full responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the Assisted Living Facility.
* Attain and maintain targeted occupancy levels.
* Maintains a homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
* You will adequately direct sales/marketing objectives and handle all prospective inquiries expeditiously and
professionally
***Requirements:***
* Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
* A Bachelors degree preferred.
* Previous experience in healthcare, human services, and/or community services field required.
* Previous management experience, preferably in health facility administration or property management.
