Title: Tax Clerk

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office

Duties include:

• Tax Reporting and Compliance - S3 Provides operational support for the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients. Supports the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings.
• Gathers required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
• Provides status updates on progress of data collection. Implements system and operational modifications to comply with more straightforward regulatory changes.
• Updates tax forms and information return layouts.
• Performs first-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.
• Tracks data needed for tax calculations. Reviews work of junior team members, resolves data discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior team members.
• Experience in financial services or related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.43 per hour
