12 hour shifts available 3.5 days a week. 

Nurse duties include medication pass, documentation, and resident assessments:

• RN/LPN with current Illinois nursing license in good standing.
• Recent experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Should have excellent assessment, clinical and supervisory skills.
• Should be familiar with the medication pass and documentation requirements.
• Must be able to work in collaboration with the nursing team.
