 We are looking to hire a full-time Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. This is a working position; meal preparation and cooking will be required.

You assume overall responsibility for all operations of the Dietary Department. You work with residents and other team members to plan menus and food service programs. You also monitor the stock level of food, supplies, and equipment and order as needed. The dietary manager is required to hire, train staff, and ensure the facility meets health and safety requirements. This position reports to the Corporate Director Dining Services and Executive Director of the Facility. 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER:

• Must have a current CDM certification.
• Illinois food sanitation license (Preferred)
• Must know dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operation.
• One year of experience in long term care.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• A desire to work with seniors.
• Lift requirement 50lbs.
