We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to help maintain the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces at Asbury Heights! The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining the lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces at Asbury Heights
- Planting, fertilizing, and watering flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Trimming and pruning trees and bushes
- Mowing lawns and trimming grass around walkways and structures
- Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment
- Maintaining sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Keeping grounds free of litter and debris
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
- Physical ability to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
