Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, care plans, working with people with developmental disabilities, home care, resident rights, memory care, social work, medication administration, and supervising.
Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Manage staff and provide guidance and support
- Conduct assessments and evaluate resident needs
- Handle medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Uphold resident rights and promote a safe environment
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and families
Skills:
- Proficiency in senior care practices
- Strong understanding of care plans and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in home care and memory care settings
- Knowledge of social work principles
- Ability to administer medications accurately
- Excellent supervisory skills
