The Make Ready Tech is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market ready move-ins.
1. What your day to day might look like:
1. Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
2. Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
3. Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
4. Maintain company safety standards
