We have an immediate opening for a Medical Scheduling Administrator. You will be responsible for scheduling patients for psychological evaluations and data entry of various documents and information into electronic health records systems. Responsibilities:

• Places outbound calls to schedule patients
• Organizes files within the system
• Gathers patient updates as directed
• Assist and help meet the needs of a busy clinical office

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling, customer service, and call center experience
• Computer Literate
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday - Friday / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
