Job Summary:

Mac Rollout Project to replace almost 1400 Macs in hospital environment. Skilled Mac Specialists will assist with backing up, migrating data and setting up new iMacs. Project team will include four 4 Mac Specialists and 1 Manager-Supervisor level/Mac Specialist. Project Team will work together completing one location at a time throughout Midtown Manhattan 34th Street area. Project started lasting approximately one year.

Responsibilities:

Providing exempliary customer service accross all levels of the medical facility environment throughout project; embrace an "Awesome Customer Experience" attitude when addressing customer issues. Communicate technical terms, policies, and difficult messages to end users on a service-oriented fashion.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires 2 or more years of experience and an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Requires an in-depth knowledge of personal computing, Mac PC/Workstations and application troubleshooting.

Requires highly reliable, self-sufficient individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client.

Able to think outside the box and come up with solutions to complex problems and know when to engage others for help.

Working conditions/physical demands of bending and lifting computer equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
