System Developer ServiceNow
Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | 1st Shift - Days
PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote position, however due to our pay practices, qualified candidates MUST reside within one of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KY, ME, MI, NC, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. While candidates need to live or relocate to one of the aforementioned states, working remotely will require reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include working day-to-day operations during Pacific Standard business hours or online training.
This position will be expected to take 24/7 on-call support for a week at a time in rotation with the other members of the team. On-call rotation will begin when the staff member and Team Lead feel the level of skill has been achieved to triage and support end user critical needs.
The ServiceNow System Developer successfully designs, deploys, and supports ServiceNow application solutions for Asante. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, customizing, implementing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform day to day to meet specific organizational requirements. This includes utilizing multiple ServiceNow environments to bring various projects from concept to operational status with few defects and a commitment to excellence. The ServiceNow Developer is part of a small highly collaborative team and serves as tier 2 technical support.
