Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You will work closely with various departments to optimize efficiency and productivity. To efficiently and profitably manage and direct ramp activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
• Streamline processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Accountable for daily operations
• Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities.
• Hold daily briefings with all levels of management.
• Provide support to front line management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Must be flexible workdays can include early AM, late PMs, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Passenger Service Knowledge

• Knowledge of assisting passengers at arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Knowledge of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system. System usage includes boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints and problems.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival.
