Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Software testing, IT support, software issue troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with UiPath and/or other robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.

Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Position is based at 901 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR, however, the Incumbent can be located within the 4-state footprint of Arvest (AR, OK, MO, KS).

Summary:

SUMMARY: The Intelligent Automation Operations Support Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of process automations put in place by the Intelligent Automation Center (IAC) which utilizes artificial intelligence and automation tools such as robotic process automation, business process management, machine learning and optical character recognition. The incumbent is a key member of the intelligent automation leadership team and is accountable for efficient and effective performance of automations, encompassing promotion of new automations, monitoring and troubleshooting of existing automations, and escalation with internal and external resources when problems arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manages day-to-day operations of intelligent automation activities and the business-as-usual run team.
  • Resolves issues that arise in day-to-day management of automation-enabled processes and provides timely responses and solutions as warranted.
  • Identifies and manages operational requirements and resources to effectively support intelligent automation activities.
  • Collaborates with IT partners and engages all necessary resources to resolve issues and outages on process automation jobs.
  • Manages relationships with intelligent automation software vendors (licensing, performance management, software upgrades, and service agreement).
  • Monitors, schedules, and troubleshoots process automation jobs. This may involve after hours identification and resolution of outages on critical processes.
  • Manages setup of new automation tools, deployment of automation packages, and access to the automation software.
  • Escalates production issues to the business and technical teams as needed.
  • Supports effective operational and performance metric reporting with a focus on maximizing 24/7 utilization of bots and other automation tools.
  • Monitors staff performance by providing coaching and feedback via meetings, one-on-ones, performance reviews, and disciplinary action when warranted.
  • Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises 2 or more associates as assigned by the Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest’s BSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. The incumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the guidelines of the bank’s procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. The incumbent provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Information Technology) or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 3 years of management experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience with process automation software preferred.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems across multiple stakeholders in an effective and timely manner while maintaining good relationships preferred.
