Job Title: DIRECTOR of MEDIA MARKETING
In collaboration with the Senior Director of Brand, the Director of Media Marketing leads and directs a team responsible for establishing a strategy and tactics, including comprehensive ‘always on’ digital and multi-media marketing programs to increase new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement, with the goal of increasing revenue and market share growth across all business lines. The incumbent will also provide the media marketing strategy to multi-channel marketing campaigns run by Brand Marketing. The incumbent will engage, direct, and heavily leverage various marketing support teams and vendors for digital media, direct mail, and email to implement programs in an efficient manner. The incumbent will also collaborate with Director of Analytics to measure the performance of programs and ROMI. The incumbent reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Provides thought leadership on developing and testing new marketing approaches (digital, direct, multi-media, 1x1) to achieve specific revenue growth objectives.
• Leads and manages ‘always on’ media marketing strategies and tactics including digital media, broadcast media, out of home media, sponsorships and other to support Arvest’s new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship deepening objectives.
• Provides a strategic media and multi-channel marketing component to large Brand Marketing and Integrated Campaigns designed to grow revenue.
• Collaborates with Analytics team to identify and test external data and signals which indicate a potentially attractive prospect to convert to a new customer.
• Partners with Analytics team to identify and test trigger events and other signals that indicate customers have a need which can be satisfied with content, product, or other solution. Evaluate and leverage propensity models to identify target audiences for productive performance programs.
• Approves content produced by Brand Advertising to develop creative assets for acquisition and cross-sell campaigns and prepare for delivery to media outlets.
• Works with finance and business analysis to develop business cases for testing scenarios and other new initiatives as well as ramping up and operationalizing proven initiatives, utilizing budget and ROI models.
• Selects, manages, and maintains effective relationships with internal and external vendors, agencies, and suppliers. Holds agencies accountable for performance. Manages multi-million-dollar media budget and measures for ROMI.
• Establishes KPIs and evaluates performance and provides reporting of brand building, acquisition, and cross-sell campaigns, including sales impact and marketing contribution.
• Ensures campaigns adhere to applicable compliance regulations, including the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN- SPAM).
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related technical discipline, or related experience.
• 7 years’ digital media campaign design and implementation experience required.
• 7 years’ direct marketing or one to one marketing experience required.
• 5 years’ experience and passion for developing creative and effective direct marketing campaigns through understanding information, results analysis, and finding solutions in an evolving market required.
• 5 years’ experience in vendor relations and management required.
• 5 years’ experience leading and managing performance marketing teams required.
• Demonstrated ability using data analytics to create and implement successful marketing programs.
• Strong knowledge of and experience using full range of direct response tools, including: email, digital media, paid search, direct mail and other 1x1 digital channels.
• Experience and knowledge in managing all aspects of marketing campaigns in compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and industry trends.
• Working knowledge of bank regulations preferred, such as the Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, and Fair Lending as well as regulations specifically relating to consumer deposit and consumer lending advertising.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
