Position is located at 201 Robert S Kerr Ave in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Summary:

SUMMARY: Under the supervision and direction of the assigned manager, the AWM Solutions Center Advisor will respond to customer inquiries and help to develop an understanding of the customer’s current and future financial goals and needs. The incumbent possesses a broad understanding of IRA, brokerage, insurance, and bank products and is accountable for both referred and direct sales and service of non-FDIC insured investment and insurance products. The incumbent will gather and analyze financial information to provide customers with financial solutions to best fit their needs by possessing a working knowledge of the financial planning processes. The AWM Solutions Center Advisor will proactively contact existing base of household accounts to sell financial planning services and also manage brokerage accounts residing in the Solutions Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Proactively contact existing base of household accounts to sell financial planning services. Meet outbound calling requirements of dials per day/week, appointments made and kept, number of profiles, and number of plans created.
  • Manage brokerage accounts residing in the AWM Solutions Center.
  • Provide AWM financial and retirement planning services to Arvest Bank and AWM customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial services/products to provide customers with solutions in regard to the sale of IRA, brokerage, and insurance, trust products and trust services, and bank products.
  • Review and analyze the current financial situation of prospective clients and existing customers to determine what appropriate financial services/products would meet their needs.
  • Present prospective clients and existing customers with financial plans for their review and consideration while possessing the knowledge to explain all pertinent information related to the plan in order to achieve quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customer with the application process for financial products according to internal policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for offering solutions for customers calling in with questions related to their retirement plan, as well as participating in efforts to generate business and properly manage client relationships.
  • Cross-sell by making customer and prospect referrals to Arvest Bank for the sale of bank products and services.
  • Maintain all required FINRA and SEC licenses necessary to conduct AWM business.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
    • 3 years of customer service experience required.
    • Series 7 license required.
    • Series 63 and 65 OR Series 66 (combo exam of 63/65) licensure required.
    • Life & Health license required.
    • Additional IRA certifications (i.e. Certified IRA Services Professional, Certified IRA Professional, or Certified IRA Specialist I and/or II) required or ability to obtain within 2 months of hire.
    • Associate Client Advisor experience preferred.
    • Previous Solutions Center/Call Center experience preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
