Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Host/Busser to join our team. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties:

- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently

- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables

- Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed

- Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other dining area surfaces
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in the restaurant
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Toast or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.69 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
