We are currently seeking a Part-Time (benefits eligible) Housekeeper to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Shift Available:
- 7:00a.m.-3:00p.m. including every other weekend

Key job responsibilities include:
- Maintain the upkeep of the community through floor cleaning, trash removal, and movement of furniture and supplies.
- Comply with department procedures on housekeeping at all times.
- Transport equipment to assigned work area, making sure the equipment is never left unattended.
- Dry mop and wet mop floors.
- Operate buffer for cleaning, polishing, and shampooing floors and/or carpets.
- Move furniture in assigned area, as requested by Supervisor.
- Perform terminal cleanings as per policy.
- Turn and move mattresses to assist Housekeeper I with housekeeping as requested by Supervisor.
- Hang draperies and cubicle curtains in residences, public areas, and the Health Care Center when scheduled by the Supervisor.
- Gather and dispose of trash, and be responsible for keeping the compactor area free from debris on a daily basis.
- Clean fire towers in assigned buildings on a scheduled basis.
- Operate shampoo machine, large vacuum, floor buffers, and other power equipment.
