Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen & bath designs for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to design customized kitchen spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate design concepts

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base

- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences for their kitchen design

- Utilize CAD software to create detailed kitchen layouts and 3D renderings

- Provide expert advice on product selection, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, and more

- Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and colors for their kitchen & bath designs

- Collaborate with other team members, including contractors and installers, to ensure seamless project execution

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in kitchen & bath design

Experience:

- Previous experience in kitchen design or related field is required

- Strong background in sales, particularly in retail sales or outside sales

- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs and 3D renderings

- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)

- Knowledge of various kitchen products and materials, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, etc.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
