Qualified applicant for BARTENDER must possess/demonstrate

• Minimum of 1 year as a Server/ Bartender/ Bar Back in a casual/upscale restaurant. Craft cocktail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for creating craft cocktails.
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation and handling.
• Working knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.
• Possess basic math skills, comfortable handling money and is proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Physically able to perform all duties the job may require.
• Ability to work a varying schedule which may include long hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Frequently lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Eager and willing to learn.

• Works in a clean and organized manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Required)
