POSITION OVERVIEW

Artisan Interiors Group is looking for the best of the best in the Interior Design industry. We are looking for a Designer with experience in custom closet/home organization design and kitchen & bath design. Candidate would have crosssover with our other divisions, Behind Closed Doors Custom Closets & Cabinetry as well as our commercial division Commercial Interior Specialties.

The ability to create beautiful and functional designs for our clients is of utmost importance. We strive to deliver a superb, interactive customer experience. Customer service is held to the highest of standards.

TERRITORY

Our local territory covers all of Coastal Delaware, Coastal Maryland, Philadelphia, Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. This position will require travel within the workday to client's homes for field measures.

You MUST lbe willing to travel to Coastal Delaware/Maryland to perform measures 2-3 days/week. Travel accomodation provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep experience with CAD design software
• Interior Design education or direct industry experience required
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.com CRM Software
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints
• Ability to perform on-site field measures
• Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to commute to client’s homes for appointments
• A full criminal and driving background check is performed for all employees who enter our client's homes.

• You love designing, organization and problem solving

• You have interior design education
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• You have experience in customer service, or retail sales of any kind, where you are the main reason your clients keep coming back
• You have a natural ability to be consistently inspirational and create delightful customer and brand experiences
• You have a record of sales and design success as well as outside sales experience
• You are creative, yet meticulously detail oriented with a sense of craftsmanship
• You are a team player with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally design wood products across multiple product categories and divisions (closet/home organization systems, kitchen & bath cabinetry, custom built-ins. accessories, as well as commercial casework) to drive profitable revenue growth
• Maintain strong relationships with our manufacturers reps
• Utilize industry Facebook Groups, magazines and associations for technical information
• Utilize Company’s internal software i.e. Outlook and CRM platforms for project management
• Discuss with owner opportunities to improve workflows as necessary that will increase company efficiencies and profitability.
• Plan, execute and close projects based on comprehensive work plans, that are on-time and on-budget

Pay: $90,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
