ArtiFlex Manufacturing is Hiring a Tool and Die Maker - Night Shift Near Walker, MI
- Die construction and Tryout for Class A Metal Stamping Dies
- Follow ISO Requirements
- Mentor apprentices
- Assist design team with engineering changes
- Operate a Hilo and overhead crane
- Provide continuous communication with team members to ensure efficient work flow
- Provide help and support to a passionate team
- Collaborative and steady-paced tool and die shop with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time tooling. We produce Metal Stamping, Large and Class A dies.
- Journeyman Certificate is preferred
- Proven proficiency in build/assembly and tryout skills in progressive, line and/or transfer dies
- Qualified individuals will be team players, punctual, reliable, safety conscious, and responsive to change and direction
- Hilo and overhead crane experience is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependent on experience. Night shift receives a 10% shift premium
