Manager of Launch Program Management
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Manager of Program Management for our Launch Division. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to a team of Program Managers while ensuring the successful execution of modular programs within our launch portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership:
- Maintain and enhance a cohesive program management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the Program Management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment to ensure the successful delivery of modular programs.
2. Oversight of Modular Programs:
- Manage and oversee the execution of modular programs within ArtiFlex, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring programs meet or exceed expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and clients to enhance program success.
4. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program execution and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and obstacles to ensure program success.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status, including milestones achieved, challenges faced, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and key performance indicators to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of modular program management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
