Position: This position will be responsible for; contributing to the implementation of direct mail (DM) and other print pieces, negotiating competitive quotes on all print and lettershop functions, creating and maintaining cost analysis for DM packages, following projects both in-house and with vendors to hit targeted dates from the development calendar.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Direct Marketing and print pieces – works with copywriters to give suggestions on paper, ink, and size to ensure that the mail promotions and all print material can be recreated from test stage to rollout in the most cost and time effective way possible.

· Negotiate and source new vendors for Direct Mail and Print pieces. Sourcing the vendor and typically receiving a minimum of three quotes of the project will be required.

· Establishes and sets market standards for costs of all direct mail components and reports these costs.

· Ensures effective communication between all inhouse departments as well as those on the outside. Continually striving to create effective and efficient lines of communication.

· Continually follows up with internal departments as well as all outside sources ensuring that all procedures are followed and properly documented on all direct mail promotions and components.

· Follow the project matrix and ensure that all pieces of the project are complete in a timely manner.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Proven experience in Direct Response Marketing with a laser focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Strong analytical skills

· At least one year of experience in one of the following; lettershop, printing company, and or marketing agency working with direct mail and print executions

· Must possess the ability to lead by example and adhere to company policy and procedures.

· Strong negotiation skills

· Excellent organization skills and able to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Must have strong people skills and possess a strong ability to communicate and follow directions at all levels. A professional and positive demeanor should be maintained at all times.
