Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Technician II to join our team at our facility located in Houston, TX. As an Environmental Technician II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining the overall environmental health and safety of our organization.
Responsibilities- Manages Waste Management sustainability services, handling medical and pharmaceutical waste collection, transportation, and installation
- Ensures proper waste segregation, adherence to regulatory timelines, and maintains accurate tracking logs
- Identifies best practices for waste reduction, operational efficiency, and cost savings. Performs labor-intensive tasks and adheres to safety protocols
Qualification:
- Requires an Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant work experience.
- 24-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
- Must work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating good customer service skills.
You should be proficient in:
- High School / GED
