This position is for a Software Engineer to support mission-critical application and web service development in support of an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution. This position will provide support for full lifecycle engineering including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, deployment, and maintenance of widely used web applications supporting enterprise-level authorization services. Minimum Required Skills: TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.
8 years of Software Engineering experience.
3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains. Desired Skills:
Experience with:
Analyzing requirements and prototyping/designing tools working closely with stakeholders
Writing HTML5, PHP, Bootstrap, ReactJs, AngularJS, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, and JQuery
Satisfying Section 508 compliance
Deploying web applications using web containers (e.g., JBOSS/Tomcat),
Docker Containerization
Using build tools (e.g., Maven) and source code control systems (e.g., BITBUCKET and NEXUS)
Executing SOAP (WSDL, JAXP, DOM Manipulation) and REST (JSON) web service calls to retrieve data
Developing data queries to backend X.500 Directories (e.g. JNDI for LDAP) and databases (JDBC for DB).
Understanding of:
