IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced and MOTIVATED countertop sales representative - work 5 days per week, which requires and include Saturday hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop demand in the marketplace, create new and maintain current customers through sales and promotion of Artelye products.
The ideal candidate would have experience in sales, design, home improvements, and kitchen & bath and be able to generate sales for the company by reaching out to homeowners and home improvement contractors.
* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
* Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
* Follow up on new leads and referrals.
* Ensure all new customers are set up appropriately according to marketing and sales standards in Hubspot (CRM System) and Moraware (fabricator Job Tracker)
* Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
* Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
* Participate in the events offered and sponsored by Artelye as needed and required.
* Provide immediate and accurate responses to customers regarding price quotes.
* Keep current customers informed and trained on new and existing products and programs.
* Manage customer relationship: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., in order to encourage the consumption and sale of new products
* Maximize the use of the Artelye Showroom to cultivate customer relationships.
* Ensure all deposits and final payments are collected.
