Art's Rental Equipment is looking for a Full-Time Rental Counter Coordinator to join our growing team in Newport, KY. Business hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays 8am to 3pm. Closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing excellent service.
• Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and expertise.
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting their equipment.
• Efficiently managing equipment reservations for our valued clients.
• Closing sales transactions to meet customer needs.
• Occasionally assisting with loading and unloading equipment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience (REQUIRED): Your ability to engage with customers and provide top-notch service is crucial to our success.
• Knowledge of Construction Equipment (Strongly Preferred): Familiarity with construction equipment will be a valuable asset in this role.
• Compensation Based on Experience Level: We recognize and reward your expertise.
