```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and vital signs
- Assist with dental procedures by taking X-rays, preparing instruments, and providing chairside support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Ability to take X-rays and perform basic dental procedures is required
- Understanding of CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus but could be taught
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
