ARSIEM is currently looking for a Framework Developer. The positions will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

• Multi-platform framework development
• Develop new and maintain/enhance existing plugins for a multi-platform framework
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features 
• Write or review software and system documentation 

• 6 (SD2/CAP2) or 8 (SD3/CAP3) years experience developing software solutions in C, C , and Python
• Solid grasp of CNO concepts
• Must have a good general understanding of major OS families (UNIX, Windows, etc)

• MID-LEVEL
• Software Developer II
• Minimum eight (6) years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages
• Minimum five (4) years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (4) years of experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
• Experience developing complex programs using C, C#, C , Java, or other comparable languages
• Minimum two (2) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment and configuration management
• Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
• CNO Analyst/Programmer II
• Minimum eight (8) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
• Minimum six (6) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C , Java, Perl, and Python
• Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
• SENIOR LEVEL
• Software Developer III
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages
• Minimum five (5) years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years of experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
• Experience developing complex programs using, C, C#, C , Java, or other comparable languages
• Minimum three (3) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management, and Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
• CNO Analyst/Programmer III
• Minimum ten (10) years OF experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C , Java, Perl, and Python
• Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
