Job Description:

Arselli’s, Inc. is seeking experienced, landscape laborers and foremen to join our crews. We provide softscape and hardscape services for commercial and residential clients including bed/plant removal, installation, and maintenance; mulching; trimming; installation of patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, low voltage lighting; and, various other landscape associated services.

Essential Functions/Requirements of All Applicants

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Landscaping experience required.
• Arrive at jobsite on time, mentally alert, and physically able to work.
• Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate initiative in execution and completion of assigned tasks within established timeframes.
• Ability to work in all weather and temperature conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50-80 pounds.
• Ability to efficiently and safely operate power tools and hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines closely.
• Ability to treat clients’ physical property with care and respect clients’ safety and privacy.
• Willingness to stay off cell phone during work shift unless there is an emergency.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays, when necessary, during busy seasons.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Chillicothe, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
