Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we’ve grown to 100 clinics across nine states. Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

• Schedule will alternate between three centers- Harrisburg, York and Lancaster.

• We are flexible on the times. For example, 1-2 days in Harrisburg and another 1-2 days in York and Lancaster. We are looking to add days to each center. Interested providers can discuss their availability during the interview process. Target 4 shifts and minimum 30 hours weekly.

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Master’s degree and nurse practitioner certification in state of practice

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in

• DEA licensure

• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
