Salary Range: $18/hr

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts for completeness.
  • Notify Comfort Advisor of incomplete or missing information and payment, and track collection of needed elements.
  • Enter jobs, including document uploads.
  • Work with warehouse to assure all AOR jobs have the appropriate equipment and inventory attached to each job.
  • Register all equipment with manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
  • Submit and track all rebates for qualifying customer’s utility rebate applications.
  • Purchase extended labor warranties as needed.
  • Enter equipment model/serial # in system, along with warranty for each piece of equipment installed
  • Process payments for each AOR job on daily basis. Includes entering payments in partnered systems. Generating financial documents for customers who finance through Third Party Financing and assist in getting customers to sign Payment Authorization forms as necessary.
  • Update job costing in portal using information from system and daily timesheets on a daily basis.
  • Retain documents received from CAs for upcoming jobs.
  • File permits for all jobs and request missing permits as necessary.
  • Maintain organization of AOR folders for quick access.
  • Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel and formulas, contracts, loan documents, and invoices.
  • Have great organization and communication skills.
  • Be detail oriented, accurate and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Be able to work with team members, including management.
  • Be able to work in a high pace environment during the busy season, including working flexible hours as needed.
