We are currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to add to our Corporate Strategy & Analytics team in our Escondido, CA office. This role will play a critical part in our ongoing success and long term growth.
Job Summary
Reporting Analysts at ARS are responsible for the creation and maintenance of all business and client reporting. Ensuring the reporting meets the needs of the end user, is always delivered on-time, and does not have any quality issues. They will be expected to self-prioritize work based on weekly deliverables and longer-term objectives set for them and the team.
The Reporting Analysts are expected to exercise their personal judgment and discretion to find best possible solutions for client requests, internal needs, and in prioritizing work in a resource constrained environment. They are not only expected to develop reporting solutions, but to drive engagements with partner groups to continually improve those reports and the deliver process through automation, process redesign, and IT investments. Additionally, the reporting analysts support the business analysis in providing data expertise and data mining capabilities to support strategic initiatives

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a climate-controlled setting, seated continuously and is sedentary the majority of the workday. This position is in a call center with moderate to high noise levels & frequent foot traffic. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones and photocopiers. Work area stations and cubicles are close in proximity to others.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers; and have moderate reach with hands and arms.
