Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our thriving property management company. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspection of actively leased properties.
You must be willing to work in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas and the East Mountains.
This position requires you to work every Saturday
This position is NOT an office position, you will be required to drive to multiples properties a day.

Responsibilities

• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, drivers license and insurance.
• Proven working experience in property management
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software Appfolio
