Job Summary:
KeyedIn is seeking an Implementation Consultant.  In general, you will provide in-depth business analysis, project management guidance, and prescribed  methodologies to meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations for our SaaS-based PPM  (Project Portfolio Management) solution, KeyedIn Enterprise. Our team is small and so you have to be  dependable and responsive to both our clients requests as well as internal groups that are dependent on  us...but that’s already in your DNA.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the implementation process for an assigned client list, working directly with clients to identify, prioritize and manage strategic needs for an efficient and effective implementation.
• Drive the review of client processes and consult on the development of new workflow plans.
• Ensure success of the project by taking ownership of deliverables and assist/perform analysis, testing, support, training, or other tasks as necessary.
• Manage project budget to ensure timely, profitable delivery of service.
• Ensure implementation milestones and phases are met on time and on budget.
• Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.
• Assure client satisfaction and manage the client relationship during the implementation process.
• Train new or existing clients on our application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent working experience.
• 3 years of experience in a project management or Professional Services roles in a SaaS environment, preferably implementing software products in the PPM space (Planview, Clarizen, Daptiv, Workfront).
• Technical Ability to configure/customize each instance, ability to learn/write custom reports in our Report Writer Tool, ability to understand interdependent software (CRMs, ERPs, etc.), and troubleshooting skills to creatively solve challenges.
• Ability to wear multiple hats. An average day will vary from answering client questions, leading meetings, documenting solutions, configuring client instances, coordinating with other departments (ie. Integrations, development, support, sales, etc.) troubleshooting client instances, and training and teaching.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.
• Ability to balance empathy and accountability with a client, to timely complete implementation.
• Strong Interpersonal skills for both compassion for customers and a “whatever it takes” attitude with teammates.
• Advanced documentation skills for both daily interactions with customers and more detailed, technical work flow for the engineering team.
• Basic to intermediate accounting background/understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.

• Ability to travel for onsite meetings. Pre-Pandemic travel was approximately 25% of your time; however, we are currently doing 100% remote implementations.  We suspect that post-pandemic travel will pick back up and several clients will request in-person meetings and trainings. Thereafter most meetings are held remotely via video conferencing
