Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Vienna, IL
Area of Focus: Administrative Department
Immediate Supervisor for Receptionist: Administrative Assistant
Hours of Work for Receptionist: Part-time 24 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications for Receptionist: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Knowledge for Receptionist: Typing/word processing, computer ability with standard programs and databases, filing, spelling, decision-making, problem-solving, receptionist skills, organization and planning, self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work without close supervision. Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask, manage stressful situations, and maintain a professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills are required.
Special Requirements for Receptionist:Maintain and provide proof of a valid driver's license; maintain and provide proof of personal vehicle liability insurance; at least 21 years of age; must complete required registry clearances and criminal fingerprint background checks; maintains CPR & First Aid training requirements.
