- Facilitate bank activities (wires, transfers, etc.)
- Responsible for reporting the daily/weekly/monthly cash position
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly cash forecasts with guidance from the Treasury Manager
- Support quarterly and annual bank/debt compliance reporting
- Support accounting (including month-end and audit support), tax, financial planning, and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
- Optimize working capital through tracking and reporting on metrics/key performance indicators
- Analyze risk as it relates to cash and banking activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting as it relates to cash, collections, and accounts receivable
- Gather company data and update quarterly for corporate insurance renewals
- Manage & report all insurance claims including coordination of quarterly claims review
- Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices
- Support Finance & Accounting on financing projects
- Facilitate and coordinate risk mitigation projects
- Maintain Master Bank Account List: account status changes, accuracy of account information, alignment with G/L and org chart
- Opening/closing bank accounts: drafting letters, completing forms, updating permanent files, following up with banks on status
- Maintain and update corporate signer changes
- Provide administrative support to the corporate credit card program
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field of study
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and innovative
- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with teams
- Adaptive problem solver who effectively and efficiently navigates changes and challenges
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Thorough with great attention to detail while still meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Process oriented with ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions
- At least 1-2 years working in Treasury, Accounting, Finance or similar
- Operates with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
