We pride ourselves in providing efficient service and a quick response. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated, team oriented, and safe operator for a 5 day work week.

We are hiring Tow Truck Operators who are committed to providing safety, security, and peace of mind to our customers.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Respond to calls dispatched in a safe, timely, and professional manner: free of accidents, injuries, and damage.

* Operate trucks in a secure manner consistent with company policies and procedures and in adherence with applicable local, state and US Department of Transportation rules and regulations

* Review assignments for location of service regardless of type and obtain vehicle information including make, model, color, & VIN

* Load and unload vehicles from transport truck by use of winch, chains, blocks, & hydraulic/ electric controls

* Secure vehicles and vehicle parts with chains, straps or other safe means

* Complete and submit all required documentation associated with transport

* Maintain a professional appearance.

* Maintain appearance and functionality of assigned service vehicle.

* Operate service vehicles in a safe and lawful manner.

* Effectively communicate using digital devices and dedicated GPS/Dispatch applications in a manner compliant with FCC rules and company guidelines.

* Adhere to all departmental safety guidelines and all local/state/federal driving laws.

* Other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:

* Successfully pass drug tests in compliance with Company Policy, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Company's contractual requirements

* Must submit to and pass complete background check as per Company policy and Company's contractual requirements

* Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record (a CDL is preferred, but not required)

* Proficiency in both Roll Back and Wheel Lift type trucks preferred

* Ability to interact with courtesy, sympathy, understanding, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

* Possess strong ethics - treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires trust in others, works with integrity and upholds organizational values

* Team work - Exhibits objectivity and openness to other's views, give and welcomes feedback, contributes to building positive morale

* Must be able to work weekends, and any other shift as needed

* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations

* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
