Arrow Staffing is Hiring a Purchaser Near Grand Rapids, MI
Arrow Staffing is hiring for a sign production company in Grand Rapids. This purchasing position will assist with materials and inventory ensuring all of the correct materials and products are purchased.
Shift : 1st
Schedule : Flexible part time Monday- Friday
Pay : $17 per hour
Requirements :
Previous experience in purchasing
Background knowledge in manufacturing is a plus
Computer skills
Basic Math skills
Job duties :
Keep cost records up to date
Determine which suppliers to utilize
Negotiate price, delivery and quality of materials
Assist with new product by monitoring retention
Maintain records for all machinery, routers, saw, shears, printers
Assist with freight quotes and scheduling
