2nd Shift Admin needed at a logistics company in the Kentwood area!
Arrow Staffing is currently hiring for an administrative/customer service position for a logistics company in the Kentwood area. This individual will be responsible for all clerical duties regarding warehouse operations, including maintaining customer relationships, processing paperwork, and data entry. Candidates MUST have previous experience in warehouse management system software, bills of lading, and logistics in order to be considered for the role.
This is a great temp to hire position with weekly pay!
Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Monday-Thursday
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Requirements:

• Knowledge of and experience in a variety of computer software applications, including:
• Synapses, MAVES, SAP, AX, Word, Excel, and Yardview Trailer Tracker
• Experience in troubleshooting customer issues
• Skills in processing and completing paperwork, data entry, and office organization
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and keep up with a busy environment
• Ability to be a great team player
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean work space

Job Duties:

• Manage phone calls and email flow
• Communicate with outside facilities as needed
• Complete bill of ladings for outbound material
• Answer customer questions as needed/provide updates to customers as needed
• Process/sort/distribute inbound and outbound paperwork
• Create orders and spreadsheets
• Photocopy, scan, file, and fax documents as needed
• Perform monthly cycle counting for customer inventory
• Verify materials and labels to ensure they match all bills of lading
• Trouble shoot issues with products/inventory/computers as needed
• Follow all safety procedures
