GENERAL SUMMARY

Arrow Marketing has joined forces with Homeworks Energy (a Mass Save partner) to conduct energy sales presentations showcasing the benefits of home energy assessments. Mass Save is a state-sponsored program that helps Massachusetts residents improve their energy efficiency (and lower their electric bills in the process) through no-cost home energy assessments.

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as sales representatives working in retail locations. Representing Mass Save, you will be educating consumers on the program and scheduling their in-home assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct energy sales presentations to potential customers, effectively showcasing the benefits of Mass Save home enery assessments
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding customers through the scheduling process and providing expert advice on energy solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Trustworthy and dependable — integrity is key
• Works well independently as well as collaboratively with other sales representatives
• Must have reliable transportation
• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Previous energy-related sales experience a plus but not required
