Arrow Financial Business Group is Hiring a B2b Sales Representative Near De Pere, WI

Our organization is expanding and we are looking for a B2B Sales Representative in De Pere and surrounding areas. Working with us offers rapid growth potential. Our sales teams work in a B2B environment and are responsible for providing service and support, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. You must have to have excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates will be comfortable working face-to-face with people and fostering trusted relationships. If you love working with people setting your own pace and being in control of your career, we would love to hear from you!

Compensation:

$75,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Outstanding Communication sklls
  • Ability to work with business owners and employees in multiple settings
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • 40-hour work week with a consistent schedule
  • Must be coachable, have an abundance mindset, and be willing to seek continued growth and development
Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates will be able to pass a background check
  • Reliable driver’s license and transportation
  • 2 years of work experience
  • Previous sales or face-to-face customer service is a plus
