Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Determine the type of pests present and assess the extent of the problem - Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property - Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations - Monitor treated areas to ensure the effectiveness of the pest control measures - Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest infestations - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all required paperwork - Drive company vehicles to travel between job sites Experience: - Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods - Familiarity with power tools, farm machinery, and hand tools used in pest control operations - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively If you are passionate about pest control and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for this position.
