Position: Senior Azure Identity Engineer Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: The Azure Cloud Identity Engineer will be a primary Azure cloud SME within our Support\development organization with a strong level of expertise in Azure Identity and Azure Active directory. Ensure that all Azure cloud solutions follow internally defined security and compliance controls Design and plan enterprise-scale Azure environments including application dependencies, data storage and flow, network connectivity and overall cloud hosting. Design and configure architectural templates to depict infrastructure architecture. providing data and root cause analysis for each service impacting incident with all possible actions for improvement or resolution. Occasional, weekend on-call support Participate in the design and migration of system environments on our MS Azure. Provide advanced support and resolutions of incidents and problems in our MS Azure environments. Knowledge on RBAC's and best practices from the industry about least privileged access. Knowledge on Cloud access management. Participate on occasion in solutions design. Participate in app registrations - SAML, OAUTH. Knowledge on keyvaults, logic apps, Azure B2B and Azure B2C. Knowledge of Azure MFA , Azure Identity. Good to have knowledge on AKS and Azure DevOps. Azure Cloud Shell (Powershell) knowledge to manage resources on Azure Resource Manager. Under moderate supervision is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the infrastructure. This involves analyzing, configuring, testing and implementing the infrastructure. This may also involve monitoring and controlling the performance and status of the infrastructure. This role will also support and maintain the infrastructure. This may include evaluating and making recommendation in enhancements to the existing infrastructure. ● Plan, engineer and design the infrastructure. ● Develop and configure the infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization using various computer platforms to include test, debug, performance analyze and document infrastructure components. ● Implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems hardware/software. ● Implement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing: test matrices: and definition of test methodologies and strategy. ● Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.
