Commercial Drivers (Class A or B) Wanted For Lauderdale County, MS

Drivers operate rear-load collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes to pick up solid waste from residential customers in Lauderdale County, MS.

Responsibilities include:

Safely driving and completing residential routes.

Performing duties as assigned by their supervisor or dispatch.

Assisting employees with the collection and loading of residential waste materials, as well as the transporting of this waste to a landfill or disposal facility.

Perform Pre and Post Trip inspections, complete DVIRs and other paperwork.

Conduct operations in a safe manner and in accordance with the
Department of Transportation’s regulations, and Arrow’s safety program.

Communicate with customers and other employees.

Work with their local supervisor and attend meetings (safety/ operational).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Class B or A CDL and good driving record.

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Comply with Arrow’s drug free workplace policy.

Physical requirements may include:

Pushing, pulling, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Climbing in and out of a truck.

Can be exposed to outdoor environment throughout the day.
